Another one from Amman to Beirut with two Jordan censorship hexagonal seals n. 31 and 43. The last from Damascus to Amman showing Syrian oval Censorship seal n. 33 jointly to Jordan censorship hexagonal seals n. 42. VERY NICE AND UNCOMMON.

Jordan, incoming Air mail cover sent from RAS EL METN Lebanon on 30/7/1951 to Amman where it arrived on 31/7/1951 and was applied the Arab triangular blue seal "aadidou aldifah alsilmi" translatable as "HELP CIVIL DEFENCE" referring to the United Nations Organization inspired by the French general George Saint-Paul. Described on page 171 of the book "The Postal History of Jordan" by the authority ...Mr. Abed H. Najjar. To date only three envelopes known with this seal. VERY NICE AND RARE.read more
